Our FACILITY

We’re a true partner helping you build, enhance, and optimize your distribution.

We broke ground on our facility in May of 2015, and started operating there, on phase 1, on July of 2016. Later on we added phase 2 in December of 2018, and then added phase 3 on April of 2022. We have over 35 acres of adjacent land to allow for future expansions. As of 2022, our facility has the following capacity and features:

0
Pallet storage capacity

Currently in the process of automating our racking system, this number of total pallets will increase an additional 25-50% in the existing floor plan. This process will also increase speed of receiving and shipping product, as well as ensuring FIFO rotation is kept.

0
Independent temperature zones.

Each of these rooms can be switched to any temperature between 32F and 60F, allowing for a variety of products to be handled in our facility.

0
State of the art dock Doors.

Trailer doors are opened from the inside of the cooler, ensuring the cold chain is preserved at all times.

Seals around dock ensure that dust, and air from the outside does not enter the cooler.

Trailer hooks on each dock ensure that no truck undocks until it has been fully loaded.

Each dock door has a video camera that records the entire unloading/loading process starting from the moment the seals are broken on inbound loads.

9ft long ramps allow for smoother transition between trailer height and dock floor height, helping maintain pallet integrity.

More Features

Adjacent paved overnight parking

In addition to the ample truck court, we have an adjacent 3.5 acre parking lot which can accommodate up to 60 trucks at any given time. This helps us avoid traffic jams in the truck court, or outside in the street, expediting the unloading/loading process.

200 ft deep truck court

Ease of maneuvering while docking/undocking, and expediting the unloading/loading process.

100% electronically controlled access and exit.

Every single truck that runs through our facility needs to be accounted for.

Electronic check in system *

Drivers use electronic kiosks on site to check in and monitor their unloading/loading process in real time. This information is visible as well to the shipper so that communication between drivers and shippers is transparent and efficient.

eShipping Mobile App *

Drivers use electronic kiosks on site to check in and monitor their unloading/loading process in real time. This information is visible as well to the shipper so that communication between drivers and shippers is transparent and efficient.

With this feature, drivers can use their mobile devices to pre-check-in for a pickup/delivery via our app when an order is tendered to them to confirm that the load will be picked up/delivered.

Once a driver arrives at our premises, he/she can gain access with the QR code generated, and change in status from pre-checked-in to arrived. The shipping office is notified via the dashboard and can direct and instruct the driver by phone or text messages to go dock at one of our doors and begin the unloading or loading process.

Drivers can also monitor the loading process using our premium version of the app, and once the process is finished, they can sign off electronically and store their shipping documents on their mobile phone, without ever leaving their unit. Lastly if the driver desires, they can stay overnight or leave at the time of their choosing, even after hours, using their QR code to open the exit gates to depart the facility.

All the process is accessible to all parties involved in the transaction (shipping office, sales, and driver) to ensure they are always on the same page.

Over 140 CC cameras to monitor activities inside the warehouse, and withing premises.
